食品是人类赖以生存和发展最基本的物质条件。食品的质量不安全,将会影响到人们的健康。食品的安全问题关系到全人类的生活、生存和延续,是人类发展的一个重要课题。
The food is essential basic sustance condition for human＇ s existance and development. When there appears problem in food quality safety, human＇ s health would be affected. So food safety is of vital importance to life, existance and growth of the human being and is an important issue for human growth.
