摘要
通过分析弧齿锥齿轮加工原理及弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机的结构和运动关系,建立了弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机虚拟机床模型及虚拟机床加工坐标系,推导了弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机虚拟机床运动参数的计算方法,构建了弧齿锥齿轮仿真加工模型。计算了一对弧齿锥齿轮进行的几何参数、刀具参数和虚拟机床运动参数,并通过弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机虚拟机床对其进行了仿真加工,验证了弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机虚拟机床模型及仿真加工模型的正确性。
The model of helical bevel gear machine tool and its machining coordinates are set up through analyzing the mechanism of machining helical bevel gear and the movement rules and structure of helical bevel gear machine tool. The method to calculate the motion parameters of helical bevel gear machine is proposed and the model of simulation machining on helical bevel gear also is set up. The models of helical bevel gear machine tool and virtual simulation machining on helical bevel gear are verified by the virtual machining on one pair of given helical bevel gears with the motion parameters calculated by MATLAB. Results of virtual machining indicate that the model of virtual machining on helical bevel gear can reach design goal.
