摘要
研究一种基于ＡＴＭＳ的动态交通事件检测系统，分析在交通事件影响下快车道交通流系统的关键特性，讨论交通事件检测系统的功能要求，详细介绍检测系统的框架结构及主要模块。
A dynamic traffic incident detection system based on ATMS (Advanced Traveler Management System)is studied;the key charateristics of a traffic flow system on the freeway under the influence of traffic incident are analysed;the functional requirements of traffic incident detection system are discussed;the framework and its main components of detection system are introduced in detail in this paper
