摘要 阿瑞吡坦(aprepitant,1),化学名为5-[[(2R,3S-2-[(1R)-1-[3,5-二(三氟甲基)苯基]乙氧基]-3-(4-氟苯基)-4-吗啉基]甲基]-1,2-二氢-3H-1,2,4-三唑-3-酮,是美国Merck&Co公司研发的神经激肽-1(NK-1)受体拮抗剂,2003年经美国FDA批准上市,商品名Emend。
