摘要
随着经济全球化进程的加速发展，以及市场竞争日益激烈，加快城市工业化步伐，提高工业化程度是当前经济发展的主题，而中小企业在推进城市工业化进程中的体现越来越明显。随着近几年来市场体制的不断健全与完善，我国的中小企业已成为GDP增长的主力军，它们是就业岗住的主要创造者，是技术创新的重要力量，又是国家经济发展的主要推动者。中小企业的发展对扩大就业、创造财富、提高人民生活水平、增进社会和谐有着特别重大的意义。但是其在发展过程中存在着很多问题，这就需要我们有效地针对这些问题提出对策，通过探索如何加强中小企业的发展，从而来推进城市工业化的进程。这将对我国城市工业化的快速发展具有十分重要的意义。

The small and medium--sized enterprise development to expands the employment, the creation wealth, raises the lives of the people level, promotes the society to have harmoniously the specially significant significance. But it has very many problems in the developing process, this needs us effectively to propose the countermeasure in view of these questions,how through explores strengthens the small and medium--sized enterprise the development, thus advances the city industrialization the advancement. This will have the extremely vital significance to our country city industrialization fast development.
