摘要
目的探讨窄蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤切除后组织缺损的方法及疗效,总结其临床经验。方法2008年1月-2009年3月我科采用窄蒂胸大肌皮瓣对8例口腔颌面部因肿瘤术后大型缺损进行即刻修复,并对疗效进行观察总结。结果8例窄蒂胸大肌皮瓣全部成活,外观及功能均较为满意。结论窄蒂胸大肌皮瓣操作简单易行,手术效果明显,同时能有效修复口腔颌面部较大面积缺损,。
Aim To explore the approaches and therapeutical effect of narrow pedicle pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps in repairing the tissue defects after the excision of tumor from maxillofacial region and summarize the clinical experience. Methods From January 2008 to March 2009, narrow pedicle pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps were adopted in the immediate reparation of ten cases of tissue defects resulting from the operation for oral and maxillofacial tumor. Afterwards, the author conducted observation and summary of these cases. Results All the narrow pedicle peetoralis major myoeutaneous flaps survived with satisfactory appearance and function. Conclusion The operation of narrow pediele pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps is easy to do, and the results are satisfactory. It can also effective- ly repair the extensive defects of oral and maxillofacial region.
