摘要
教师是高校教学、科研的主体,是专业资料室服务的主要对象。由于教师各自在教学、科研中所具备的专业基础不同,因而对文献资料的需求也不尽相同。本文分析了教师对专业文献需求的心理特点,从三个方面论述了基于教师需求之上的专业资料室文献资源建设。
Teachers are the main forces in teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities and those whom the specialized reference room serves for.Teachers different specialized knowledge foundations in their teaching and research ask for different documents.This paper analyzes the psychological characters in their demanding specialized documents and expounds the construction,based on their different requirements,of the document resource in specialized reference rooms from three aspects.
