摘要
勘测设计企业要与时俱进、更新观念,按照现代企业经营管理理念进行创新。需从战略高度来看待勘测设计企业的管理创新,要着重从企业制度、企业管理和技术发展等方面实施勘测设计企业的管理创新。
The enterprises of survey and design should develop with the times, improve the conceptions, and innovate in the market according to the management idea of modern enterprise. We should look upon the management innovation of the survey and design enterprises from the strategy development angle. And from three aspects to implement the innovation, such as： the enterprise＇s system; the enterprisers management; and the technology development.
