直接进样气相色谱法测定水中的1,2-环氧丙烷

摘要 建立了气相色谱法测定水中1,2-环氧丙烷的方法。采用小体积直接进样,键合交联毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器,在几分钟内完成了测定。该方法线形测定范围为0.859~17.18mg/L,相对标准偏差不大于8%,加标回收率为97.0%~104%,标准曲线相关系数为0.9996,检出限为0.01mg/L,可用于水中1,2-环氧丙烷的分析测定。 A new method for determination of propylene oxide in water by GC was established. Propylene oxide was quickly determined within several minutes by capillary gas chromatography with hydrogen FID and small volume direct injection. The linear range of the method was 0.859 - 17.18 mg/L. The relative standard deviations was no more than 8%. The average recovery was 97.0% - 104%. The con'elation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.999 6 and the lowest limit of detection was 0.01 mg/L. The method can be used for monitoring of propylene oxide in water.
