摘要
为了满足配电线路巡检管理工作的直观性和实时性的要求,将地理信息系统技术、手持式信息处理终端和无线网络技术应用于配电网巡检管理,给出了一个配电线路巡检管理系统功能结构图,提出了用于快速生成配电线路网络的流程和基于巡检手持机的巡检工作流程,并给出具体实现。实际应用表明,基于地理信息系统和巡检手持机的巡检系统能够满足电网巡检工作的要求,提高了线路巡检的管理水平。
In order to satisfy the intuitive and real- time demand of power lines patrol and inspection, it applies the Geographic Information Systems （GIS）,hand set and wireless network in the power lines patrol and inspection. It proposes a power lines patrol and inspection system framework, describes a power lines distribution map quick generation method and a hand set based patrol and inspection process, and finally realizes the system based on the framework. Application shows that the system can improve the power lines patrol and inspection in a satisfied way.
