摘要
随着医院的不断发展和计算机使用的日益普及,电子文件已成为医院档案管理的重要组成部分。如何有效地收集、整理和管理好电子文件,科学地利用好电子档案,已成为了档案管理人员面临的新课题,通过对电子文件的现状、存在问题及对策进行分析探讨,推进电子档案的管理。
With the development of the hospital and popularity of the computer science, electronic files have became an important part in hospital＇s archival management. The subject of how to collect, arrange and manage electronic files effectively and use it scientifically is a new issue for relevant staffs. Based on the discussion about the current situation, problems and strategies of electronic files, the paper proposes some measures for management of hospital electronic archives.
