摘要
党中央为西藏医疗事业投入了大量的人力、财力,而医疗设备在西藏没有得到充分的发挥效益,造成了资源的浪费,其主要问题是西藏地区存在大自然条件差,卫生装备的保障机构不够健全,医学工程专业技术人员匮乏,信息闭塞造成。必须由上级卫生行政管理部门的领导采取切实可行的措施解决实际问题。
The central government has given financial support for medical service in the past years. However, the medical devices in Tibet were not fully used due to natural conditions and low quality of supplying system. Relevant competent departments should take some feasible measures to ensure the use of the medical devices.
