摘要
建立了吡唑草胺原药和50%吡唑草胺悬浮剂的高效液相色谱定量分析方法,采用50∶50(体积比)的乙腈–水体系为流动相,250mm×4.6mm SUPELCO DiscoveryC18(5μm)不锈钢柱,二极管阵列检测器(230nm)对其有效成分吡唑草胺进行定量分析。结果表明,本方法线性相关系数为0.9999(60mg/L~968mg/L浓度范围内),原药与悬浮剂的标准偏差均小于0.21,变异系数均小于0.22%,平均回收率为99.83%。
A method for separation and determination of metazachlor (TC & 50% SC) by HPLC with the 250 mm× 4.6 mm SUPELCO Discovery C18 (5 μm) column and PDA detector (230 nm) was described. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water (50 : 50, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The results showed the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 in the range of 60-968 mg/L, the standard deviation was lower than 0.21, the coefficient of variation was lower than 0.22% and the average recovery was 99.83%.
