摘要
研究测定了2,6-二硝基甲苯(2,6-DNT)对鲤鱼的急性和亚致死毒性.亚致死试验经180mg/L、360mg/L、540mg/L、720mg/L、990mg/L2,6-DNT暴露21d.在15℃~19℃下,24h、48h、72h、96h的半致死浓度值分别为2548mg/L、2296mg/L、2012mg/L、1900mg/L.亚致死试验中,根据2,6-DNT对鲤鱼生长和肝、肾、鳃ATPase活力的影响,求得2,6-DNT的最大允许毒物浓度为180~360mg/L.
The purpose of this study is to determine the acute and sublethal toxicity of 2,6-Dinitrotoluene on carp( Cyprinus-carpio ). Carp was exposed to 2,6-DNT at the concentrations of 1.80 mg/L,3.60 mg/L,5.40 mg/L,7.20 mg/L,9.90 mg/L for 21 days. The 24h,48h, 72h and 96h LC 50 values carp to this chemical were 25.48 mg/L,22.96 mg/L,20.12 mg/L and 19.00 mg/L at 15℃~19℃, respectively. With regard to the sublethal toxicity,the maximum allowable toxicant concentration (MATC) of 2,6-DNT to carp was 1.80~3.60 mg/L based on its toxic effects on the growth and ATPase activity of brain, liver, kidney and gill of this species.
