摘要
利用CATIA软件建立WD615.67A柴油机的气道-气门-气缸的三维几何模型,应用所建立的模型研究了在发动机气门最大升程时,缸内流场的变化规律.柴油机在气门开启后,在气门底部存在一个低压区域,形成了局部滚流.在离气门比较近的区域压力分布极不均匀;但是在气缸中压力分布基本稳定.
The intake passage-valve-cylinder three-dimensional model of the WD615.67A diesel engine is built by means of CATIA. The influence of flow field in the biggest valve lift is analyzed. After its lifting, a low pressure area exists in the bottom of the intake valve, a local tumble forming. The pressure distribution closed to the intake valve is extremely non-uniform, but in the cylinder basically stable.
