摘要
汶川地震再次引起全国对抗震鉴定加固的关注,重点是对教育和医疗机构建筑的抗震鉴定加固。从现场收集资料,对现场资料整理分析排查,以现场资料为依据对建筑物进行抗震鉴定。结合工程实例,并根据工程的实际特点提出抗震加固措施,以提高房屋的抗震性能,保证房屋的正常、安全使用。
