摘要
目的总结软组织扩张器在口腔颌面部的临床应用经验,分析并发症的原因及防治。方法回顾性分析2001年12月-2008年8月行口腔颌面部皮肤软组织扩张术的患者39例。结果扩张器渗漏2例,血肿1例,扩张器外露1例,扩张器不扩张1例,并发症占12.8%。结论口腔颌面部皮肤软组织扩张术后的皮瓣具有正常皮肤组织结构及感觉神经支配,供区不发生畸形,使颌面部整形修复效果大大提高,是传统方法不可比拟的。
Objective： To summarize the experience of soft tissue expander in oral and maxillofacial region,and analyze the cause of complications.Methods：Retrospective analysis was made in 39 cases who underwent skin soft tissue expansion in the oral and maxillofacial region from Dec.2001 to Aug.2008.Results：Two cases were complicated with leakage of expanders,one case with haematoma,the expander of one case appeared outside,and one case without expansion.The complication rate was 12.8%.Conclusion：The extra skin acquired by soft tissue expansion in oral and maxillofacial region has normal tissue structure and normal sense nerve domination.And no abnormality is caused in the donor site.Therefore,it is better than traditional method and greatly promotes the effect of reshaping and repair.
