摘要
用活性炭吸附法对发黄偏二甲肼进行脱色处理。用浓氨水、1mol/L的NH4Cl溶液和0.5mol/L的NaOH溶液对活性炭进行改性。结果表明,改性后的活性炭表面含氧酸性官能团的数量降低,碱性官能团的数量增加。由吸附等温线可知,偏二甲肼中氧化杂质在活性炭上的吸附过程是放热的,NaOH改性后活性炭的吸附量及对发黄偏二甲肼的脱色效果均大于原活性炭。
The decolorization of UDMH was carried out by adsorption with activated carbon. The activated carbon used is modified with strong ammonia water, 1mol/L NH4Cl and 0. 5mol/LNaOHsolution. The results show that activated carbon for modification made the quantity of surface oxy acidity functional group decrease and the quantity of basic functional group increase. The adsorption isotherm show that the adsorption process of yellow substance in UDMH on the activated carbon is endothermic. The adsorbed quantity and decolorizing effect of the modified activated carbon to UDMH by NaOH solution are better than those of original activated carbon.
