摘要
在北京成功举办第29届奥运会之后,奥运场馆在奥运后的开发使用就正式提到了议事日程之上了。本文分析了第29届北京奥运会场馆分布的情况,回顾了其他国家奥运场馆奥运会后的开发使用模式和现状、以及中国目前大型体育场馆的运营状况,总结了中国奥运场馆后继开发使用需要考虑的特殊情况,最后,对中国奥运场馆后继开发使用提出了部分建议。
The development and usage of the Olympic stadiums have been discussed heatedly alter the 29th Olympic Games in Beijing. The paper analyzes the layout of the 29th Olympic Stadiums, looks back the development mode and present condition of Olympic Stadiums in foreign countries and present management of large sports stadiums in China, summarizes special factors that should be taken into consideration in developing China＇ s Olympic Stadiums） and offers some suggestions on the following development of these stadiums.
