辊压机结构件尤其是关键结构件的加工质量将直接影响其整机设备的安装质量和运行效果。文章详细介绍了唐山盾石机械制造有限责任公司制造(?)1400mm辊压机时,对关键结构件——轴承座,以及端部件、轴承座与上下机架组对后的加工工艺方案和质量控制指标。由于工艺措施合理,其关键件的制造精度完全优于相关标准要求,从而确保了该台辊压机的安装质量和投运效果。
It is well known that machining quality of the key parts of the roller press decides the installation and running. The paper introduced in detail the machining scheme and quality control indexes Tangshan Dunshi Machine Company adopted for the key parts of Ф1400mm roller press——bearing housing, head parts and annectent. Owing to the resonable measurement, the manufacturing precision of the key parts excelled the related standard, which guaranteed installing quality and effective running for the roller press.
