摘要
将离子敏感场效应晶体管与药物敏感膜相结合，制成药物敏感效应晶体管传感器，测定丁氯喘片剂含量。以磷钨酸为电活性物质，制成PVC膜，对丁氯喘的线性响应范围为100～0．03mmol／L，斜率为59mV，适宜pH范围为3．0～8．0，检测下限为0．01mmol／L。
This paper reported the development of a kind of Drug FET (field effect transistor) sensors tulobuterol consisting of ISFET (ion sensitive field effect transistor) and drug sensitive membrane. There is good response for tulobuterol hydrochloride with a slope of 59mV within the concentration of 100~0. 3mmol/L at pH 3. 0~8. 0. The membrane was made of PVC with phosphotungstic acid as electric active material. The detective limit was 0. 01 mmol/L.
