摘要
健康的运行机制,是农业机械化又好又快发展的基本保障。本文结合浙江省湖州市改革开放30年来农业机械化发展的历程,总结分析了随着农业改革开放的不断深入和农村社会经济的发展变化,农业机械化经过"调整、探索、加快"三个重要发展阶段,逐步形成了以"农民为主体、市场为导向、政策为引导"的发展运行机制;探讨分析了在当前及今后较长时期内的现代农业建设发展中,农业机械化将按照该运行机制,健康向前发展。
Healthy operation mechanism is a basic guarantee for rapid and sound development of the agricultural mechanization. In this paper, we have followed the course of agricultural mechanization in Huzhou city of Zhejiang Province since reform and opening up. With the further process of agricultural reform and rural social economic development, the agricultural mechanization has passed three important development stages＂ adjustment, exploration, quicken＂, gradually formed the development and operation mechanisms ＂farmer-mainbody, market- oriented, policy - guided＂. Under these operation mechanisms, the agricultural mechanization will develop soundly in the future.
