摘要
通过对基于PC机的数字硬盘录像机(DVR)的研究,建立了基于PC式DVR的温室安全监控系统。采用海康威视的视频采集卡采集图像数据,运用Visual C++编程实现了基于H.264视频编解码技术的图像压缩,通过对采集图像的存储和回放等功能实现了温室的视频安全监控系统。
Through the studies on PC-based Digital Video Recorder （DVR）, the security monitoring system of the Green-house based on PC - DVR was established. The Hikvision video capture card was used to capture image data. The images are compressed by Visual C ＋ ＋ programming based on the H.264 video codec technology. The Green- house＇s video security monitoring system is achieved by storage and playback of the collected images.
