摘要
多晶硅是全球电子工业及光伏产业的基石,95%以上的半导体器件和99%以上的集成电路(IC)以及90%的太阳能电池芯片都是由硅材料(含单晶硅及多晶硅)制造的。本文对多晶硅产业链进行了详细的分析和叙述,对中国多晶硅产业现状和产业链存在的问题提出了自己的建议和看法。
Polysilicon is the cornerstone of the world＇s electronics industry and the photovoltaic industry. More than 95% of semiconductor devices, more than 99% of integrated circuits and more than 90% of the solar cell chips are manufactured by the silicon material （Monocrystalline silicon and polysilicon）. In this paper, polysilicon industry chain and the status quo of China＇s polysilicon industry are described and analyzed in detail, providing proposed views on solutions to the existing problems there in.
