摘要
利用不同浓度梯度(0%、0.05%、0.1%、0.15%、0.2%)的乙烯利处理高羊茅草种(科纳多),研究不同浓度的乙烯利对高羊茅株高、根冠比、叶绿素含量及叶片相对含水量各指标的影响。结果表明:随着乙烯利浓度的升高,高羊茅耐旱性逐渐提高,其中以0.2%的处理效果最佳,表现为颜色变绿、株高降低、根冠比增大、叶片相对含水量提高。
The use of different concentration gradient of ethephon, dealing respectively with the same tall rescue, to study the impact with different concentration gradient of ethephon on tall rescue about height,root-shoot ratio and so on. The result showed that with the increase of concentration gradient, the higher quality the grass seed, to improve the performance of the wide leaf increases, color green, root-shoot ratio increases, leaf relative water content improve.
