摘要
采用丙烯腈-N-苯基马来酰胺-苯乙烯三元共聚物对ABS757树脂进行改性,从而提高ABS树脂的热性能,同时ABS树脂的拉伸强度增大,硬度增大,而且ABS树脂向高刚性、高模量的方向发展。丙烯腈-N-苯基马来酰胺-苯乙烯三元共聚物中N-苯基马来酰胺的含量对共混物的熔体质量流动速率有很大的影响,通过改变三元共聚物中N-苯基马来酰胺的含量,可使共混树脂的加工性能得到提高。
Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene ( ABS 757 ) resin was modified with acrylonitrile-N-phenylma- leimide-styrene eopolymer to enhance the thermal properties of ABS resin, meanwhile, the tensile strength and hardness of ABS resin improved, and it turned to high rigidity and high modulus. N-phenylmaleimide content in acrylonitrile-N-phenylmaleimide-styrene eopolymer had great impact on the melt flow rate of the blend. The processing performance of blend resin can be improved by changing the content of N-phenylmaleimide in the copolymer.
