摘要
目的CT强化扫描患者的经验,研究在CT强化扫描中临床护理的作用。方法分析本院2007年6月至2009年6月106例CT强化扫描患者的资料。结果成功99例,失败7例,其中血管严重渗漏2例,明显不适1例,高压注射器故障1例,均终止强化扫描。发生不同程度过敏反应3例,轻度2例,中度1例。结论造影前的准备工作对造影是否成功至关重要,必须认真做好造影前的准备,严格掌握禁忌证,准备必要的过敏抢救药品及器械。为保证强化扫描的顺利进行,必须做好强化前、中、后的临床护理及心理护理及保持高度责任心和警惕性,认真观察患者情况,随时妥善处理出现的各种问题。
Objective It is to study the CT scan to strengthen the role of clinical nursing according to the experience of patients with enhanced CT scan. Methods Analysis of our hospital from June 2007 to June 2009 106 cases of CT scan in patients with enhanced information. Conclusions The preparation before the work of contrast angiography is critical to the success, we must conscientiously do a good job preparation before imaging, and strictly control contraindicatlon to prepare the necessary drugs and equipment to rescue allergy. In order to ensure the smooth progress of enhanced scan, you must do to strengthen before, during and after the clinical care and psychological care and maintain a high sense of responsibility and vigilance, careful observation of patient＇ s condition at any time to properly deal with various issues.
