民族院校大学生学习动机现状及成因研究

摘要 学习动机是指由学习需要引起的,激发、推动以及维持学生进行学习活动,并达到一定学习目标的内部心理倾向动力。本文介绍了四种动机理论,并以这四种理论为基础,编制了学习动机调查问卷。问卷包括需要,驱力,期待和归因四个部分。采用此问卷对中南民族大学的100名学生进行调查分析,比较了不同性别、年级、民族和家庭居住地学生在学习动机上的差异,得出不同性别和年级的学生学习动机存在显著差异。 Academic motivation is the inner tendency, which is arosed by learning demand. It inspires, promotes and maintains the learning activity so that it can help students achieve their goals. Fristly, I have compiled a questionnaire about academic motivation on the base of four theories of academic motivation .The questionnaire makes up of four parts, and they are demand, inner motivity, expectation and attribution. Then, I have investigated 100 students of South-Central University for Nationalities. Lastly, I have compared the differences of academic motivation of students on different genders, grades, nationalities and family residences. Academic motivation differs significantly in the aspect of gender and grade.
