摘要
近年来，本科生实践能力弱成为制约社会对其能力评价的重要因素。这与高校教育中长期重科研轻教学，实训实践未落实，社会实践形式化有密切关系。当前应该高校须以“培养普通劳动者”为取向提升本科生的实践能力；建立院系教学团队让学生享受优质教育资源，并切实让专业实习和社会实践要落到实处。
The lower practical ability of university students a controled factors in estimates. The reasons are related with pay more attention on research but look down on teaching. However, we calked for cultivate the practical abilities which aimed at feed ＂common labor＂. Therefore, we think should establish a higher educational resources to share, and take the practical teaching and social practice into reality.
