摘要
目的探讨聚焦解决模式在功能性胃肠病患者中应用的效果。方法将64例住院功能性胃肠病患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例。对照组按照常规内容和模式进行护理干预；观察组在常规护理的基础上按照聚焦解决模式5个步骤进行干预。对2组患者干预前后的焦虑、抑郁评分、应对方式和消化道症状评分进行比较评价，采用t检验。结果干预后观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分和消化道症状评分均显著优于对照组。结论采用聚焦解决模式实施护理干预，能明显降低功能性胃肠病患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪，提高了患者的应对能力，有效改善自身症状，对功能性胃肠病的康复具有重要意义。
Objective To apphcation of solution focused approach in the functional gastrointestinal disorders. Methods 64 hospitalized chents with functional gastrointestinal disorders were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each group. We applied the normal nursing intervention to the control group, while applied the solution focused approach to the observation group. The anxiety and depression score, score of coping way and gastrointestinal symptoms were evaluated using t test. Results The scores of anxiety and depression, coping way and gastrointestinal symptoms were better in the observation group than those in the control group. Conclusions Adoption of solution focused approach can relieve FGID sufferers＂ negative emotion, such as anxiety and depression, increase sufferers＂ coping capacity and symptoms, which demonstrate pivotal significance for rehabihtation of functional gastrointestinal disorders.
