摘要
目的观察氨氯地平、特拉唑嗪及其联合用药改善高血压合并下尿路综合征(LUTS)患者的IPSS评分。方法采用随机双盲对照临床实验,355例研究对象随机分配到氨氯地平5mg组、特拉唑嗪2mg组和氨氯地平5mg与特拉唑嗪2mg联合组,特拉唑嗪组和联合用药组前4d采用1mg/d的导入剂量。结果治疗4周后,3组患者的各症状评分均有显著降低,联合用药组改善尿频的有效率优于单用特拉唑嗪和氨氯地平,改善用力排尿症状优于氨氯地平。其它症状评分3组间的差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3组药物均可明显降低IPSS各症状评分;联合用药组优于单独用药,可更全面地缓解LUTS症状。
Objective To observe the effect of amlodipine,terazosin and their combination effect on reducing IPSS scores in patient with both hypertension and lower urinary tract symptoms （ LUTS ）. Methods 355 subjects had been divided into 3 parallel groups in a randomized clinical trial, which were amlodipine 5 mg group, terazosin 2 mg group and the combination group respectively. And the latter two groups had been given the initial dose of terazosin 1 mg per day in the first 4 days. Results After 4 weeks treatment, all 7 IPSS scores had significant reduction, and the combination group were much better than the single therapy terazosin, amlodipine on reducing the frequent mic- turition, and also better than amlodipine on straining urination. There was no statistical significance between three groups on other symptoms scores （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion All three groups can significant reduce on IPSS scores , and the combination can relieve the LUTS symptoms comprehensively than single therapy.
