摘要
合成了铁(Ⅲ)、铅(Ⅱ)、铕(Ⅲ)的先锋霉素V配合物,并做了元素分析.从观察到的配体及金属配合物红外光谱的变化,推测了配位模式.体外抑菌试验结果表明,铕(Ⅲ)、铅(Ⅱ)的配合物能维持原有先锋霉素V的抑菌效果,但铁(Ⅲ)的配合物失去抑菌作用,因此在临床上选用抗菌素时有必要考虑铁剂与先锋霉素V的配伍禁忌.
The iron(Ⅲ), lead(Ⅱ) and europium(Ⅲ) complexes of cephazolin V were synthesized and their elemental analyses were determined. The alterations of IR spectra observed between the ligand and metal complex allow us to specify the coordination models. The bacteriostatic tests in vitro are reported. The results of the bacteriostatic tests in vitro indicated that the complexes for europium(Ⅲ), lead(Ⅱ) have same bacteriostatic effect as cephazolin V, but the ferric complex lose the bacteriostatic effect, so it is necessary to consider the incompatibility between ferric and cephzolin V when antibiotic is used clinically.
