摘要
本文系统的研究了溴代二甲氨基苯基萤光酮显色剂[BDMAF]在微量钴测定中的应用。实验发现,在阴离子表面活性剂[SDS]存在下,pH8.5-10的氨性介质中,显色剂与钴(Ⅱ)形成稳定的紫色络合物。络合物最大吸收波长在560nm处,表观值为1.0×106,钴含量在0-15g/25ml符合比耳定律,本文研究了共在离子的干扰本法具有较高的选择性和灵敏度,应用于天然水及处理废水中微量钴的测定,得到满意的结果。
BDMAF color reagent were studied. The result have shown that the reac- tion between the color reagent and Co ( Ⅱ) in condation of SDS coexist formed a parple complex in pH = 8.5 - 10 ammonia solution. The biggest absorption wave length of the complex was 560nm, apparent molur absorption cofficieut was 1 .0 ×106dm-3 mol-1, cm-1 and Linear range was 0-15g/25ml. The complex could exist 24 hour.
