郁金香自交、杂交不亲和性克服方法的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以郁金香品种夜王后和K奈利斯为试材,研究不同处理方法对郁金香自交、杂交不亲和性的影响。结果表明:延期授粉可以克服夜王后和K奈利斯自交不亲和性,蕾期授粉没有效果,GA3能够刺激果实膨大;12种处理中刮柱头处理对克服夜王后与K奈利斯杂交不亲和效果最好,正、反交对夜王后和K奈利斯杂交亲和性影响显著。 The effect on overcoming self-incompatibility and cross-incompatibility of 12 pollination methods for Queen of Night and Kees Nelis had been studied. It indicated that pollination after florescence was effective to overcome serf-incompatibility of Queen of Night and Kees Nielis. However, pollination in bud stage was ineffective. Exterior hormone could induce swelling of ovary. Scraping stigma was the best among the 12 pollination methods on overcoming eross-incompatibility of Queen of Night and Kees Nielis, and reciprocal crosses had a great effect on overcoming the their cross-incompatibility.
