摘要
本文研究了培养料配方、处理方式及菌种的接种量、三十烷醇浓度等因素对平菇菌丝生长和产量的影响。试验结果表明，以棉籽壳为主的培养料产量最高，菌种用量以10％左右为宜，培养料中添加2．0％石灰处理杂菌效果最佳，三十烷醇浓度以0．5～1.0μg／mL最合适。
The effects of formulae,treating way of medium, inoculating amount and triacontanol concentration on the hypha growth and fruitbody yield of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied. The results showed that the cotton seed shulf was the best culture material, 10% spawn was most suitable, the best treating way was adding 2. 0% CaO in medium and optium concentration of triacontanol was 0. 5～1.0μg/mL.
