用热重法研究了聚氯乙烯装饰材料在不同的加热速率、不同的气氛下的热分解特性。用最小二乘法计算了聚氯乙烯材料在脱氯化氢反应的动力学参数,分解反应的活化能和反应级数。
Four PVC materials obtained from the British Market have been tested using a Thermal Gravimetric Analyser under eight different conditions, viz . heating rates of 10, 20, 50, 100℃/min, and atmospheres of air and nitrogen. The kinetic parameters of the thermal decomposition reaction in the first weight loss stage for the PVC materials calculated in our study are comparable with the data in the literature.
