摘要
用光导纤维冷光源表面照明,在显微摄像系统下观察到活体的风兜地钱(MarchantiapaleaceaBertol.var.diptera(Mont.)Hatt.)的气孔运动.观察结果表明,围成烟突状的气孔的下部乳凸瓣膜形细胞,随水分状态运动。
By means of optical fiber cold light source epi i cpi、illumination llumination, the movement of air pores of living Marchantia palescea Bertol var. diptera (Mont.) Hatt.was observated under microvideo system. The pictures that showed the states of opening or closing of air pores have been taken with microscope. On immersion the liverwort in glycerine, air pores closed within 6 minutes and reopened rapidly as soon as adding water on them again. The result showed that movement of the air pores was due to change in the volume of water fluid in the cell.
