摘要
对炼钢污泥的物化性能进行分析,结合实验室链蓖机——回转窑模拟试验装置进行的添加炼钢污泥浆球团试验,得出用浓度约30%的细粒炼钢污泥浆替代部分或全部造球水进行球团生产,有利于提高生球、预热球和成品球的各项性能,球团矿冶金性能指标也得到了改善。
Analysis on physico - lchemical properties of steelmaking sludge, combined with Pelletizing Test of adding steelmaking sludge with Grate - Kiln simulated test in laboratory, obtained with the concentration of about 30% of fine partieal steelmaking sludge slurry instead of some or all of pelletizing water to produce pellets, which is helpful to improve the properties of green pellet, pre- heated pellet, finished pellet. Metallurgical property index of pellet get improvement.
