摘要 对生产球团矿的链蓖机-回转窑结圈的原因进行了讨论。解决结圈问题要考虑工艺的因素和耐火材料的抗结圈性能,阻止FeO的渗透反应。回转窑耐火材料必须考虑不同部位的使用条件,有针对性的选择材质、砌筑、锚固结构的匹配及材料的高温性能,并根据具体的破损原因改进耐火材料,以获得良好的使用效果。 Ring-forming reasons in a large scale grate-kiln which is used to produce pellet are analyzed in this paper. To solve the problem of ring-forming, it is necessary to consider the factors of technological factors and refractory performance to prevent the reaction of FeO penetration. The choice of refractories of rotary kiln should be considered based on the applied conditions of refractories in different zones of the kiln. In addition, the brickwork method and anchor structure should be matched with the high tempera- ture performance of refractories. Thanks to the improvement of refractories according to analysis of refractory damage, good application results have been obtained.
