掺MgO膨胀剂水泥浆体早期变形的拟合与分析 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同温度(20、40℃水中养护)对掺MgO水泥净浆早期膨胀率与掺量相关性的影响,并对试件不同龄期的膨胀率进行了拟合分析。结果表明,MgO水泥净浆在40℃和20℃水养护时,其膨胀率与掺量都具有较好的线性相关性;试件在40℃和20℃水养护时,不同掺量MgO的水泥净浆的膨胀率满足不同的曲线函数,相关性均在0.97以上;试件在40℃水养护时,随着掺量的增加浆体早期膨胀速率较大,后期膨胀趋于缓和,20℃时的变化与之相反。 Effect of temperatures( water curing under 20,40℃)on early deformation of cement paste containing magnesia expansive were studied.And correlation between early expansion rate and mixing amount, and regression analysis on specimen expansion rate of different ages were analyzed.Results showed that expansion ratio and mixing amount had good linear correlation under 20 ℃ and 40 ℃ water curing.Expansion ratio of cement pastes including various contents of MgO satisfied different function curves in different ages under water curing of 40℃ and 20 ℃ ,and their correlation were all greater than 0.97;early expansion ratio of cement pastes increased with MgO increased and long-term expansion was not so obvious,while changes of early expansion and post expansion under 20 ℃ were on the contrary.
