摘要
用15个粳型亲籼系分别与2个籼型光(温)敏核不育系W9593S、GD-8S和2个粳型光(温)敏核不育系N5088S、N8819S进行了亲和性测定。结果表明,粳型亲籼系与籼型光(温)敏核不育系和粳型光(温)敏核不育系的亲和性都较高,平均花粉育性分别为74.71%、79.21%、78.27%和84.66%,平均小穗育性分别为57.52%、72.43%、57.23%和51.86%。就花粉育性而言,粳型亲籼系与粳型光(温)敏核不育系的亲和性略优于籼型光(温)敏核不育系;就花小穗育性而言,粳型亲籼系与籼型光(温)敏核不育系的亲和性略优于粳型光(温)敏核不育系。IC3-5-2-1-2、IC3-11-2、IC9-9-1-1与W9593S亲和性高;IC2-1-1-3-3、IC3-5-2-1-1、G2417-2-1与GD-8S亲和性高;IC10-4、IC10-9-3-3与粳型光(温)敏核不育系亲和性高,说明粳型亲籼系与籼、粳光(温)敏核不育系还存在特异亲和性。
The compatibility was tested between 15 indica-compatible japonica lines and 2 indica PTGMS lines(W9593S,GD-8S) as well as 2 japonica PTGMS lines(N5088S,N8819S).The results indicated that the compatibility between indica-compatible japonica lines and indica PTGMS lines as well as japonica PTGMS was good.The average fertility rates of pollen were 74.71%,79.21%,78.27% and 84.66% respectively,and the average fertility rates of spikelet were 57.52%,72.43%,57.23%and 51.86% respectively. As for the fertility rate of pollen,the compatibility between indica-compatible japonica lines and japonica PTGMS lines was a little better than it between indica-compatible japonica lines and indica PTGMS lines. As for the fertility rate of spikelet,the compatibility between indica-compatible japonica lines and indica PTGMS lines was a lit- tle better than it between indica-compatible japonica lines and japonica PTGMS lines. High compatibilities were observed between IC3-5-2-1-2, IC3-11-2, IC9-9-1-1 and W9593S, between IC2-1-1-3-3, IC3-5-2-1-1, G2417-2-1 and GD- 8S, and between IC10-4,IC10-9-3-3 and japonica PTGMS lines. It indicated that there were specific compatibilities be tween indica-compatible japonica lines and japonica PTGMS lines as well as indica PTGMS lines.
