摘要
印染废水由于使用的染料、助剂等化工原料的种类非常多,水质差别也很大,根据保定一印染厂废水处理工程的实际情况,对废水水质、工程调试等内容进行了归纳总结,为类似工程调试提供帮助。项目废水水质:COD为400~1000mg·L-1,均值549mg·L-1,色度为400倍。通过采用好氧生化工艺处理后,COD和色度的去除率分别为95%、90%,水质符合排放标准要求,达标排放。
It was difficult to treat Printing and Dyeing Wastewater because of its composition, such as many dyes and additives. The Printing and Dyeing Wastewater treatment process in Baoding was introduced. The raw wastewater was: COD of 400 - 1 000 mg· L^-1, averaged 549 mg· L^-1, chromaticity of 400. The removal rate of COD and chromaticity was 95% and 90% respectively, which could reach discharge standard.
