摘要
合同是项目管理的核心,衡量合同治理分解为项目合同的明确性、适应性和履行严格性三个维度,分别对应着合同的全过程控制。通过对项目管理者的调查分析,结合案例研究,表明在目前的项目管理中,已经建立了全面的合同管理意识,项目合同条款详尽明确,符合具体项目的特点,能满足项目管理的需要,但对项目实施过程中的严格性仍存在不同的理解,对索赔和变更的灵活程度更高。
The contract is the core of project management.Project contractual governance emphasizes three dimensionalities:the clarity of the contract,adaptability and implement strictly.These are corresponding with the process of contract controlling.The survey for the project managers and case study,shows that it has been established the comprehensive awareness about contracts in the project management presently.The contractual terms are clear,fitting to the characteristics of specific projects and could meet the needs of project management. However, there is the different understanding about administering contract strictly in the project implementation process. There are more flexibility on claim and changing.
