摘要
目的:总结三孔法腹腔镜下胆囊阑尾联合切除手术方法。方法:全麻下三孔法腹腔镜先切除胆囊,然后调换进镜孔和调整显示器位置,再切除阑尾。结果:患者均顺利治愈出院,无并发症发生。结论:三孔法腹腔镜胆囊阑尾联合切除手术省时、省力,创伤小,术后恢复快,并发症少。
Objective：To summarize the experience of the technique of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） and laparoscopic appendectomy（LA） simultaneously by three holes.Methods：The three hole method under general anesthesia was applied,LCs were undergone first,then LAs were conducted following changing laparoscopic entering hole and adjusting monitor position.Results：All patients had good recovery and there were no complications happened.Conclusion：Combined LC and LA through three hole technique is a feasible and effective minimal invasive method with a shorter hospitalization and short operative time.
