摘要
随着汽车工业的高速发展,对汽车的性能要求越来越高。作为汽车的主要承载件和传力件,驱动桥壳支撑着汽车的荷重,并将载荷传给车轮。同时将作用在驱动车轮上的牵引力、制动力和侧向力,经过桥壳传到悬挂及车架或者车身上。因此,驱动桥壳结构性能的好坏直接关系到整车设计的成败。本文通过试验模态分析,得出了驱动桥壳的模态参数,为以后的动态响应分析提供了理论依据。
With the rapid development of automobile industry, the performance request is becoming more and more stringent. As the mainly load-bearing and passing components of the vehicle, the automobile axle housing supports the weight of vehicle, and transfers the weight to the wheel. At the same time, the axle housing can make the tractive force, braking force and lateral force acted on the wheel transfer to the suspension system, frame or body. So the performance of automobile axle housing structure affects whether the automobile design is successful or not. In this paper, the modal parameters of the axle housing by modal experiment are obtained,and which can provide the theory basis for its dynamic response analysis.
