摘要
为了得到高纯度的萘系B阶COPNA树脂,采用溶解沉淀法对合成的萘系B阶COPNA树脂进行了提纯,并用FT-IR和TG-DTG研究了提纯萘系B阶COPNA树脂的结构特征和热性能。实验结果表明,提纯后的萘系B阶COPNA树脂为浅黄色粉末,且该树脂有三个明显的失重阶段,分别为室温-180℃、230-380℃和400-580℃,对应的失重率分别为6.5%、13.5%和56.5%。
In order to abtain high purity naphthalene-based B stage COPNA resin, the synthetic resin was purified by a dissolving precipitated method. FT-IR and TG-DTG were used to research the structures and thermal properties of the purified B stage COPNA resin. The experimental results show that the purified B stage COPNA resin is shallow yellow powder, and the resin has three obvious weight loss stages, which are respectively room temperature - 180℃,230 - 380℃ and 400 - 580℃, its corressponding weight loss rate are respectivley 6.5%, 13.5% and 56.5%.
