摘要
职业教育是衡量区域经济发展水平的重要指标,两者之间存在显著相关性。要发挥职业教育对地区经济发展的推动作用,就必须协调好学校和企业在技能培养方面的竞合关系,重视先发地区与欠发达地区在选择职业技能上的差异性,警惕职业教育负功能的出现。创设适应职教人才技能发挥的经济载体和空间,逐渐改变职业技能"本地培训异地就业"的局面。在培养地区经济发展亟需的职业技能和人才的基础上,兼顾支撑区域可持续发展所需职业技能的培训,形成职业教育与区域经济发展的良性互动关系。
To a large extent, the VET can reflect the level of regional economic development, and there is a significant correlaction between them. To promote the development of regional economy, the VET should not only balance the competiton and cooperation in skills between vocational shcools and enterprises, but also pay attention to the difference in skill-requirments between developed regions and less-developed areas. Besides, the VET must alert its negative function on regional economy. And it also need to build a better economic system benefical to vocational persons, gradually change the phenomenon of ＂trained here but emplyed there＂. On the basis of fostering urgent vocational skills and persons needed by regional economy, the VET should also develop the skills and people needed in the regional sustainable development. Last, it is important to establish a positive interaction with regional economy.
