摘要
目的建立测定天然维生素E胶丸中天然维生素E含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以甲醇为流动相,色谱柱为Agilent—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为291nm。结果天然维生素E在0.05~1.00mg/mt浓度范围线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均回收率(n=9)为100.2%(相对标准偏差值RSD=1.1%)。结论本法简便、快速、准确,可作为天然维生素E胶丸质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of nature Vitamin E in nature Vitamin E soft capsules. Methods The HPLC method was adopted. The column is Agilent-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol, at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and the detecting wavelength was at 291 nm. Results The linear range was0. 05 -1.00 mg/ml (r =1.0000), the average recovery (n =9) was 100.2% (RSD =1. 1%). Conclusion The method is simple, fast, and reliable. It is an effective method for the determination of nature Vitamin E in Vitamin E soft capsules.
