摘要
目的建立测定天然维生素E胶丸中天然维生素E含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法，以甲醇为流动相，色谱柱为Agilent—C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为291nm。结果天然维生素E在0．05～1．00mg／mt浓度范围线性关系良好（r=1．0000），平均回收率（n=9）为100．2％（相对标准偏差值RSD=1．1％）。结论本法简便、快速、准确，可作为天然维生素E胶丸质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of nature Vitamin E in nature Vitamin E soft capsules. Methods The HPLC method was adopted. The column is Agilent-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase was methanol, at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and the detecting wavelength was at 291 nm. Results The linear range was0. 05 -1.00 mg/ml （r =1.0000）, the average recovery （n =9） was 100.2% （RSD =1. 1%）. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, and reliable. It is an effective method for the determination of nature Vitamin E in Vitamin E soft capsules.
