摘要
虚拟环境中缺少零件约束信息,从CAD系统中提取约束信息并根据虚拟装配系统的需求进行简化,采用添加约束代理实体的方法对约束信息进行表达。根据装配约束和约束代理实体的特点,三个有效的线面约束便可以对任意一个零件定位,对约束进行捕捉并对多个约束作用下零件的运动进行了分析。开发了虚拟手装配操作系统,操作人员能在约束的引导下顺利地完成产品的虚拟装配操作。
Lacking of constraint information in the virtual environment,constraint information is ex-tracted from CAD system and simplify according to the need of system.And the constraint information is ex-pressed in the way of adding constraint proxy in virtual environment.According to the characteristics of assem-bly constraints,three valid constraints of axes and faces could position a part,combine with the express of con-straint in virtual environment,constraint could be identify correctly and confirmed.By the analysis of movement under multiple constraints,a part could be positioned exactly.A virtual hand assembly system is developed,guiding with the assembly constraints,operators can accomplish the assembly task system easily and quickly.
