小陷胸汤加味方对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤MDA、SOD和CK-MB的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨小陷胸汤加味方对兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法将32只健康家兔随机分为假手术组(A组)、缺血再灌注模型组(B组)、小陷胸汤加味方低剂量治疗组(C组)、小陷胸汤加味方高剂量治疗组(D组),每组8只;观察血清CK-MB,及心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与A组比较,B、C、D组兔心肌组织的SOD、MDA均有显著性差异,血清CK-MB含量间有显著性差异;与B组比较,C组与D组兔心肌组织的SOD、MDA均有显著性差异,血清CK-MB含量间有显著差异;C组与D组比较,兔心肌组织SOD、MDA含量间无差异显著性。结论小陷胸汤加味方具有清除氧自由基,减少心肌酶的释放,减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用。 Objective: To observe the protective effect of additional Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in rabbits with myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI) . Methods: 32 health rabbits were divided randomly into sham operation group(A group), MIRI model group(B group), low dosage of additional Xiaoxianxiong Decoction group(C group) and high dosage of additional Xiaoxianxiong Decoction group(D group). The levels of serum CK-MB, myocardial SOD and MDA content were investigated. Results: The levels of SOD,MDA and the concentrations of CK-MB in group B,C and D were significantly different from A group. Compared with the group B ,the levels of SOD,MDA and the serum CK-MB concentrations in myocardial tissues of group C and D were different remarkably. Meanwhile, the levels of SOD and MDA were not different obviously between group C and group D. Conclusion: Additional Xiaoxianxiong Decoction has these functions including: cleaning the oxygen free radical out, reducing the release of the myocardial enzyme and alleviating the extent of the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
